Opperman Gears Ltd joined the Regal Rexnord Corporation in 1991.
Opperman Gears has been manufacturing industrial gear drives since 1924 when it was located in Clerkenwell, London. In 1940 the company moved to Newbury where it stayed until relocating to the Gainsborough UK site in 2013, until the product was retired in 2020.
